We started in 2009 in Pollachi, where the founder Mr. P. Ponnusamy had spent years watching buyers navigate a market where promises were common and follow-through was not. The first project was modest in scale and precise in execution. Every approval in place. Every plot demarcated correctly. Every buyer's documents handed over on time. Word travelled.
By 2012 we had our first project in Coimbatore. By 2015, Karur. By 2019, we were building in the city's emerging IT corridors. Today, Vijaya Balajiz has delivered more than 19 completed residential communities across four Tamil Nadu cities - Coimbatore, Pollachi, Karur, and Tiruppur - with our 20th and 21st currently selling.
In 2024 we became Vijaya Balajiz Group - expanding from land development into finance, interiors, and infrastructure. Four businesses now operate under the same name and the same standard: complete, clear, and delivered on time.

Ponnusamy founded Vijaya Balajiz in Pollachi in 2009, after years in Tamil Nadu's real estate market. His approach has always been the same: do the legal work first, build the infrastructure properly, and never put a buyer in a position where they have to chase their documents.
Under his leadership, the company has delivered 20+ residential communities without a single title dispute or delayed registration. He remains directly involved in every new project - from site selection to the handover of the last patta.

Rathesh leads the Vijaya Balajiz sales team across all active projects. His role is straightforward: understand what each buyer actually needs, and show them honestly whether Vijaya Balajiz can deliver it. If the fit is right, he closes. If it is not, he says so.

We do not sell without approvals. Every project we have ever offered has carried the paperwork to prove it.
Every plot we sell comes with a traceable ownership history and a clean title. We do not cut corners on due diligence because we live in the same cities as our buyers.
